Confidentiality Policy
The nature of our work in partnership with you is that we will, from time to time, have access to confidential information, such as advance details of products which we need to prepare a web site for launch, access to passwords needed to create or update web sites, details of source code which the customer or its agents have created, and so on.
When such information is made available to us, regardless of whether it is in the form of meetings and discussions, documents, files or electronic mail, we treat it as the confidential and valuable intellectual property of you, the customer.
The only things that we use this information for are those things that you are aware of and intended. We take care not to reveal any information to third parties, and when we have finished working with the information, we dispose of it securely.
If you ask us to design a system which we think may lead to unintentional disclosure of data, we will inform you of the fact.
Likewise, during the course of our work, we may disclose information to you about our own business, and we would expect you to show the same respect and consideration for our own confidential data and trade secrets as we show to yours.
