The main purpose of their website was to support their sales efforts by explaining their system in simple terms and diagrams, and to provide lots of straight answers to any questions that might arise.
The site also acted as the portal for existing customers to sign onto their service, which offered an opportunity for the company to bring new products and services to their attention using the self-update news facility. There was a friendly system of contact forms to ensure that enquires and technical support questions were fielded to the right person at Wire Consulting, to provide a fast and accurate response every time.
