Tilezine

Tilezine is an online magazine for the UK tiling industry. It is free to subscribe using an automated subscription process and is funded by advertising. It is published once a fortnight and contains a selection of short news stories relevant to the UK tiles and tiling business.

The editorial covers a wide range of subjects, about people, products, events in the industry such as the TTA awards, and even analysis of how economic policies or exchange rates are likely to affect people in the business.

Each article is created using a simple online editor which uses a dynamic template to ensure the correct adverts are shown and rotated according to contract.

Subscribers receive an email summary of each issue. The subscription process uses a best practice "Confirmed opt-in" system so that we do not send the magazine to anyone unless we are sure they want to receive mails from us. In addition the the web work, we were able to provide consultancy on editorial matters are responsible for the design of the tilezine masthead.

The magazine is backed up by an extensive online management system for editing the magazine, managing the adverts, publishing issues and tracking effectiveness.
