Content management for websites

Many of our websites have a collection of Content Management tools built in, to allow the customer to customer to change the content of key pages as and when they require. We don't apply a "one size fits all" philosophy to content management. Instead we will use content management tools tailored to the specific need on pages where fast moving content is a priority, and we will do the updates for the customer where complex layouts or extensive graphics is a priority. We will also phase these in at a pace that suits the customer.

Ongoing website maintenance

In addition to updates you specifically request, we will also keep an eye on your managed site and address any technical issues as they arise. For example, when new versions of browsers are released, we routinely test all of our managed sites and make any changes required to avoid compatibility issues, at no extra cost to you. Likewise, we read security bulletins and monitor site traffic and make any interventions required to address security issues.
