Fairfield Hall

Supporting four venues in one complex, this website included live online ticket sales, a comprehensive interactive theatre diary, an innovative banquet planning section and an attractive hotel brochure. The site was developed for Fairfield as an interim solution as, at that time, Fairfield's own accounting system was unable to take online bookings for theatre seats or hotel reservations and had no online facilities. The site was necessarily short lived, but more than paid for itself from excellent online sales. It also proved to be valuable in that it helped the customer understand the sales process better and organise essential information prior to moving to the new accounts and seat management systems.
